The premises are located in the hall of the former Škoda TS Plzeň on the ground floor of the administrative part of the building and are currently undergoing extensive renovation. The entire hall has an area of 24,767 m2 and several production and logistics companies rent it here. Adjacent office spaces are spread over three floors above the dining room and have a total area of approximately 8,000 m2. Two dining rooms, a shop and a lounge are planned as part of the catering facility.
The catering facility is adjacent to the training center.
